Allie T. Hunter is a SoCal-based writer, filmmaker, and interdisciplinary artist.

She holds her Associate's from the Fine Arts program at Victor Valley College, and was a summa cum laude graduate from the Theatre, Theatre Tech, and Film departments at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts.

Writing credits include sketches for OMGtv Live!! (Joe M Loera / Acme Comedy Theater), Just Another Cheesey Story (Empowerment Arts Conservatory / Terrah Bennett Smith), Dog Days (B.R.I.D.G.E Theatre Project), an open letter (TheGloMag), A Moonlit Flower (Pencil Pushers Magazine), and “A Different Kind of Hero” (1st Place – Literature Primary for Reflections).

She studied comedy sketch writing under Walter Allen Bennett Jr. (Empowerment Arts Conservatory), Jeremy Guskin (the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts), and Kimberly Lewis + Joseph Limbaugh (ACME Comedy Theatre).

Filmmaking credits include editing + cinematography for When The Fog Rolls In; cinematography + lighting for Piping Hot (Westflix 2017 – Founder's Choice Award, Moondance Film Festival 2016, Austin Film Festival 2016); co-cinematographer + producer for Meet Me @ The Clinic; editor and producer for Kore-huh (Campus MovieFest 2016); script supervisor for BLOOM; sound for I’ll Still Love You From Kyoto; and cinematography + editing for a study in color (Moondance Film Festival 2014).

Her film work has been screened at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and she was featured in a commercial for Apple which aired during the 2015 Academy Awards.


Most recently, she studied under Professor Kristi Papailler of SITI Company tutelage.
